I {heart} VistaPrint!
OK. I feel safe saying this here; I'm not sure why, but I feel that I can share this... My name is Jennifer, and, (sigh, hang head in shame) I'm addicted to VistaPrint. There. I said it. (Whew!) I'm starting to feel better about it.
In full disclosure, I feel that I should tell you to stop reading now, because the VistaPrint addiction spreads like crazy. That being said, I'd like to share a few things I use in my classroom:
Banners - totally awesome, and can be vertical or horizontal. (Usually you only pay shipping if you buy just one per order.)
I made this one for my Daily 5/CAFE wall. We refer to this often during our reading block.
This banner hangs in our hallway to promote student work. We get SOOOOOOOOOO many compliments on this one; it's my favorite!
This is an inspirational piece for our classroom wall. Since I'll have to track in/track out of my classroom next year, I'm trying to avoid too many decorations, but I could not resist making this one! I can't remember where I got the subway art graphics from; if you know, please remind me so I can give credit. It's from eighteen25.
Business Cards: so many uses! Usually, VistaPrint runs deals where you only pay shipping for a box of 250 cards, so it's not a huge investment...
When students reach Outstanding on our Clip Chart (I'll do another post later about my love for the Clip Chart!), one of the treats is that they take home an Outstanding card. One of my sweeties collects them in a pocket of his lunchbox! He says he likes to remind himself what a great job he did! {so sweet!}

I love Vista print too! I've made way to many things! I love using the post cards with some kind of heart design to make heart word practice cards, I send home a new card each week they can easily be posted on the fridge and practiced throughout the week!

Super cute idea, Amy! Maybe I can use them for our academic vocabulary words of the month (fraction, regroup, etc). I hadn't thought of that!! :)
